ty999's commitment to responsible gaming
ty999 believes that entertainment is only enjoyable when it stays within limits. Our responsible gaming policy is designed to give you a safe, informed and enjoyable experience.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games can be a great source of entertainment — but without proper control, there is a risk of it becoming a problem. ty999 places the highest priority on every player's safety and mental wellbeing.
Betting is a form of entertainment. It is best not to view it as a primary source of income. ty999 wants you to always play with awareness — know your budget, manage your time and seek help when needed. We are not just a betting platform; we are a trusted partner by your side.
The key principles of responsible gaming are — setting a budget, keeping to time limits, not chasing losses and never betting with borrowed money. At ty999, we provide a number of effective tools and features to help you stay in control.
Our protection tools
The following responsible gaming tools are available to every player on the ty999 platform.
Deposit Limit
You decide how much money you can deposit each day, each week or each month. The set limit cannot be exceeded — this is the most effective way to protect your budget.
Time-Out Feature
Need a mental break? At ty999 you can take a time-out from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this period, logging in and betting will be completely blocked.
Self-Exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. You can exclude yourself from a minimum of 6 months up to permanently. Making this decision takes courage.
Session Time Limit
Set a specific time limit for each gaming session. When the time is up, the platform will automatically log you out — this is highly effective in preventing you from staying online too long.
Activity Review
View your betting history, win and loss statistics and session time at any moment. Transparent information will help you make the right decisions.
24/7 Support
For any issue, at any time — our Bengali live chat support is by your side. Feel free to contact us with any questions about responsible gaming.
